PRETORIA: The corruption and fraud case against former ANC chief whip, and businessman Michael Woerfel, was postponed yesterday.

Magistrate Bill Moyses postponed the case against Yengeni and Woerfel, the suspended managing director of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS), following a defence submission that they had been given insufficient time to study documents.
