In my original letter to Business Day published on June 5, subsequently re-edited by yourselves, I referred to "the Special Investigating Unit". I used that precisely and purposefully because I meant the independent, experienced and successful anti-corruption unit then headed by one Willem Heath SC, after having been set up by former president Nelson Mandela. I did not mean the "Scorpions special investigating unit".
