Our beautiful country and the ANC have been hijacked by a cunning and ruthless bunch of fellows who pose as modern day upholders of our revolution.
One does not need to be a political boffin to understand that our country has gone to the dogs.
Most of us are beginning to see that our president is not really who he claims to be. It is not the fishers of corrupt men and racism that are responsible for corruption and the wanton mismanagement in all government structures, but our government which has become deaf, dumb and infallible.
Honesty, transparency and accountability have been thrown out of the window. Recently the president's brother did not mince his views on the skulduggery going on within the structures of BEE.
Which goes to show there is a lot of irregular activities taking place in high places.
The government is judged by what it does and not by what it says it will do.
Here in the Eastern Cape we have to deal with untold human suffering. Children and the elderly are literally dying of malnutrition, let alone HIV/AIDS-related illnesses, while the government spends hundreds of millions of rand on military adventures.
You don't change the frontiers of poverty by sloganeering and making empty promises.
Tony Yengeni, a fraudster, is still kept within the ranks of the ANC. What picture does that paint of the organisation of the people?
Opposition parties need to get their act together and fight the next election as a united front for the sake of saving both the nation and the ANC from a leadership with no vision. There is no denying the fact that the ANC is being misused for personal purposes by the present leadership.
