Tim Cohen's article, Arms-deal chickens might be coming home to roost (July 31), was outstanding.

His conclusion, that we should now be wiser, but the deal has been done so let justice deal with alleged impropriety, was irrefutable.

Compare his article with the interview of Chippy Shaik. Shaik's assertion, that "you've done me wrong", was set out in an article that caused far more confusion and left me thinking that it is the same old song (as sung by Hansie Cronje and everyone caught with a hand in the cookie jar).
