The state's charge sheet, as filed in the Durban Regional Court this week, details all payments Schabir Shaik made on Deputy President Jacob Zuma's behalf.
It states that there is no evidence of any repayments of more than R1.2-million Shaik or his company paid on Zuma's behalf.

Shaik also paid the monthly allowances of the children. Among documents seized during the raid on Shaik's companies were accounting records showing that Shaik also bought a car for one of Zuma's children and paid for maintenance and servicing of several cars belonging to members of Zuma's family.
