All South Africans, who voted the ANC into power in the past two democratic elections, must firmly support this party during this difficult political period. The ANC is faced with so many problems and it must take tough decisions and deal effectively with those whose agenda is to destabilise the government.

The Boeremag wanted to topple the government. The justice department, through the LAB, is financing their trial at the expense of ordinary taxpayers. The trialists challenged the legitimacy and authority of the government, but government is now funding their trial.

There is an unhealthy comrade versus comrade situation in the ANC caused by the elite Scorpion unit's investigation of the deputy president's role in the arms deal.

This is an expensive unit, which derived fame from doing investigations which can be done by any ordinary unit. It causes confusion in the ranks of the ANC. Ahead of elections, it is destabilising the ANC and tarnishing its image. This is aimed at smashing the ANC support base and portraying the leadership as being corrupt .

President Mbeki, the Scorpions unit is full of officers who were dedicated and loyal to the cruel apartheid system and will do anything to discredit the ANC. Retrain all the SAPS members if there is a need and disband this feared and costly unit causing chaos within the ANC ranks. All the victories by the Scorpions could be done by ordinary police officers.

Disband this unit with a sinister and destructive agenda.
