The Cape High Court case between a losing arms-deal bidder and the company which won a multi-million rand contract, has been postponed until Tuesday afternoon, SABC radio news reported.

Richard Young brought an urgent application on Tuesday morning to prevent the installation of radar equipment which his company sold to Reutech Radar Systems.

Reutech won a contract to install radar tracking systems in the navy's new corvettes. Young claims he has not been paid in full for the systems, the SABC said.
