Johannesburg: Heavyweight legal teams are to square up this week for final argument in the Schabir Shaik fraud and corruption trial, which resumes in the Durban High Court today.

Last week Judge Hilary Squires agreed to allowed e.tv and Talk Radio 702 to broadcast his judgment, to be given after Billy Downer SC, for the state, and Francois van Zyl SC, for Shaik, make their final attempts to prove Shaik's guilt or innocence.
