A
KwaZulu-Natal judge on Wednesday said he would pronounce judgment in 10 days,
prompting former wrestling promoter Shane Jaipal to shout "I've won the case".
His pre-emptive statement came
after Justice Hillary Squires heard argument from state
advocate Santhos Manilall and defence counsel Chris Snyman.
Jaipal has pleaded not guilty to murdering Argentina Loutsaris by
forcing her car off the road, dousing her with petrol and setting her alight on
October 21, 1997.
Judgment will be passed on July 7.
