Gosh, people are nasty
Hogarth has been privy to a number of conspiracy theories about the arms deal. Like the theory that Alain Thetard and Schabir Shaik are lizards from outer space trying to corrupt the human race.
But none has been as fanciful as that suggested by one Terry Crawford-Browne.
This week, Crawford-Browne, still licking his lips at the demise of Deputy President Jacob Zuma, felt the time was ripe to hint darkly at other arms deal cover-ups.
Said he: “I had been informed some weeks before [Joe] Modise’s death that he was being deliberately poisoned to hasten his death. Almost a year earlier, there were also reports that Kate Zuma’s death in December 2000 was the result of poisoning.”
There are conspiracy theories and then there is just plain bad taste, you Mampara.
