No date has yet been set down for judgment in the Schabir Shaik fraud and corruption trial, which ended in the Durban High Court on May 4.
On Monday Shaik's attorney Reeves Parsee said he was still waiting for Judge Hillary Squires to inform the legal teams when judgment would be delivered.
On the last day of the trial Squires told the court he would not be able to deliver judgment before May 30. Shaik, a Durban businessman, was charged with two counts of corruption and one of fraud.
