An urgent application by one of former deputy president Jacob Zuma's attorney's regarding the August 18 Scorpions raids has been postponed to Wednesday next week.

Julie Mahomed asked the Johannesburg High Court on Tuesday to have documents and her computer which were seized during the raids returned.

The National Prosecuting Authority has to file affidavits on the raid before Friday.

The court also ordered that a copy of Mahomed's computer hard drive be made. It would be sealed and kept by the court.

Her computer would then be returned to her. This has to be done on Wednesday before close of business, the court ordered.
