There is pornography on Jacob Zuma’s computer and he doesn’t know what to do about it.

The affidavit Zuma handed in to the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Monday claims that the state recently provided to its legal team a hard drive with about four million documents considered “generally relevant” to his corruption trial.

But Zuma said that the drive is full of computer viruses and there is heaps of pornography in the files *1, “whose relevance could not yet be determined by the defence”.

Zuma said the state singled out between 200 000 and 300 000 documents as very relevant to the charges against him.

However, the defence does not yet know which of the documents apparently about 20 000 will be used by audit firm KPMG for its forensic report.

Later in his statement, Zuma challenged the state to reveal how much money it has spent and will still be paid to KPMG for its forensic investigations in the Shaik and Zuma trials.
