Katastrophale Nachrichten für ThyssenKrupp.
Fünf Milliarden Euro Verlust, allein im
Geschäftsjahr 2012: Korruptionsvorwürfe,
Preisabsprachen, Kartelle, dramatischer
Kursverfall. Außerdem: gigantische
Fehlinvestitionen in Brasilien und den USA. Ein
Befreiungsschlag Mitte Dezember: drei seiner
Top-Manager werden entlassen. Doch der Druck auf
die Führungsetage hat seitdem nicht nachgelassen.
ThyssenKrupp steht am Scheideweg. Die Führung
hat einen Neuanfang versprochen, einen
Kulturwandel.
Day Show 24
Disastrous news for ThyssenKrupp. Five billion
euro loss alone in fiscal year 2012: allegations
of corruption, price fixing, cartels, dramatic
price drop. Also gigantic bad investments in
Brazil and the United States. A coup in
mid-December: three of its top managers are
fired. But the pressure on the lead level has
not declined ever since. ThyssenKrupp is at a
crossroads. The leadership has promised a new
beginning, a cultural change.

Thyssen is the one
that bribed Mbeki, Modise et cie at the lead
level and Chippy Shaik and a group represented
by him as well as Tony Yengeni at the middle
level.
There are quite a few others as well like some
Sea Lords and a self-proclaimed Field Marshal.
Thyssen is the one that bribed all and sundry in
Canada and Saudi Arabia in the 1980s and 90s.
The middle man was Karlheinz Schreiber.
Read the 1999 book The Last Amigo, by
Stevie Cameron and Harvey Cashore. It's a replay
of history in South Africa rather than Canada.
Karlheinz Schreiber is just replaced by Tony
Georgadis.
But it's great that what goes around comes
around.
This is a must watch.
But I do not know how - yet.
Any ideas?
