Having heard Counsel for the Applicants and having read the documents filed of record;
IT IS ORDERED :
That First, Second and Third Respondents are to make discovery in terms of the provisions of rule 35(12), within a period of 10 court days, of the following documents :
"The documents containing the advice of the International Offers Negotiating Team and the Financial Working Group, referred to in paragraph 36 of the answering affidavit in the main applicaiton."
That all questions of costs relating to the discovery application are reserved for determination in the main application.
