In Response : Military Update Not Sole Motive
 

The monotonous tune from Terry Crawford-Browne's one-string guitar about the strategic defence procurement packages and associated offset business is getting very boring. The fact of the matter is that legally binding contracts have been placed, which cannot be undone without billions worth of penalties.

Furthermore, without the new equipment being procured under the packages, the SA National Defence Force will just die a natural death due to mass obsolescence of its equipment. Does the average rational South African want that to happen? Perhaps Crawford-Browne will tell us who is sponsoring his campaign and why?
