Dear Sir,
 
I realise the drivel by your "Loose Canon" (sic) *1, praising the ludicrous Jacob Zuma and attacking everything white was published a while ago, but having finally seen the original copy, I feel the need to respond.

Your Loose Canon's infantile drivel is a very good example of the reason that Africa doesn't do very well under its own steam, and most probably never will. That a person of such low intellect coupled with huge arrogance can be taken seriously enough to be published in a national newspaper is a very good indicator of the level of debate one can expect at every level on this continent.  It makes one wonder -  did democracy come too early to Africa?
 
I wish Loose Canon well in his career. I doubt he could understand a Noddy book - if he ever got to read one.

The "Loose Canon" article expounding the alleged virtues of Jacob Zuma and advocating the redistribution of white women must surely have been published in error, unless your publication's equal opportunities policy includes allocating editorial space to semi-literate morons.
 
The abovementioned article appears to have been written by a morally degenerate and socially irresponsible imbecile.
 
A public apology from both the writer and your editor in chief is called for.

I think that he thinks that he is either of 2. or 3. above, i.e. a law unto himself and his kind.

He is also clearly a hater of people with white skins.

And an opportunist waiting to pick up the spoils when the hatred engendered by people like him inspire people like Robert Mugabe and maybe his current hero, Jacob Zuma, to cause through their policies, pronouncements and or actions such fear in white people that they flee their countries and leave behind their farms, their land, their businesses, their beloved pets, their livelihoods - hopefully not their women - for redistribution.
